Direct OfficerBAAK calls it Duty: the role you are given and answer to.
A stem of the element that controls your Build, with the opposite polarity. It is one half of the Authority pair 官殺; the other half is Pressure 七殺.
01When it is loudest
People instinctively dump decision-making power onto you simply because you look like you have your life together
What arrives without being worked for
You understand what a thing needs in order to stand, and you supply it without being asked. People hand you responsibility early because you visibly carry it, and organisations run better with you in them in ways that are hard to point at afterwards.
What the same wiring costs
You keep saying yes because you are the one who can be trusted with it, and now you are doing three people's jobs and calling it a normal week.

Duty is a relationship rather than a substance, so it can be made of any of the five. What it does to you is the relationship; what it looks like from outside is the element.

Which stem is Duty to you.
