BAAK is for reflection and entertainment. It is not medical, legal, or financial advice, and it does not predict events.

The ten year arc describes structural patterns, not fixed events. BAAK makes no predictions about health, lifespan, or death, and will not, whatever the tradition it draws on has been used for elsewhere. If a reading here ever reads like a warning about your life, that is a failure of our writing rather than a message.

The chart is computed from published astronomical and calendrical rules. The readings are interpretation, and interpretation is opinion.

Use it the way you would use a good question about yourself, rather than as a reason to do something you would otherwise not do.

Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe, which is the merchant of record for BAAK purchases. Stripe charges any sales tax or VAT that applies where you live and sends your receipt.

Everything except the yearly subscription below is a one-time payment plus any tax: a full chart from $19.99, the full set, your year, or a pair reading. It is paid once, never renews, and stays unlocked for that chart on any device where you sign in with the same account.

If the report is not what you expected, reply to your Stripe receipt within 14 days of buying and we will refund it. You do not have to give a reason.

Otherwise, because the full report opens as soon as you pay, purchases are generally final. We will refund you if you were charged twice for the same chart, if you paid and the report did not unlock, or if the report will not load for you and we cannot fix it. Email hello@baak.you within 30 days of your purchase, from the email you signed in with, and tell us the birth date on the chart.

The yearly subscription

The BAAK yearly is $39.99 a year plus any tax. While it is active it opens every pair reading and the daily reading for everyone on your roster. It needs an account, so it is still yours on any device.

It renews automatically once a year, at the same price, on the card you paid with, until you cancel. Stripe emails you a reminder at least 15 days before each renewal.

You can cancel at any time at link.com, where Stripe manages the order for us, or by emailing hello@baak.you. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep everything until the end of the year you already paid for. Your card statement shows the charge as LINK.COM* BAAK.

If a renewal was not what you wanted, reply to its receipt within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it, no reason needed. If we ever change the price, we will email you before your next renewal, and you can cancel before the new price applies. Anyone already subscribed to the earlier daily subscription keeps it at the price they agreed to.

Your rights

Nothing here limits the refund or cancellation rights you have under the consumer laws where you live. Stripe may also refund a purchase on our behalf when it reviews a payment dispute.
