Affiliate program terms

1. Commission

You earn 40% of what the buyer paid after any discount and before tax. This applies to every purchase the buyer makes within 60 days of their last click on your affiliate link. Last click wins: if they click another affiliate's link later, that affiliate gets the commission for later sales. If the buyer buys a yearly plan, you earn on the first payment only.

2. Currency and recording

Commissions are recorded in US dollars at the rate Stripe used to convert the buyer's payment.

3. Holding period and payouts

A sale is held for 30 days before it is owed to you. Payouts are made monthly, early in the month, for sales that have passed the hold. If your owed total is below $25, it carries over to the next month. Payments are sent by Wise to the payout email you give us.

4. Refunds and chargebacks

A refunded sale pays nothing. A partial refund pays commission on what the buyer kept. A chargeback pays nothing unless BAAK wins the chargeback. If a sale is refunded after we already paid you, we take that amount off your next payout.

5. What you cannot do

You may not: buy through your own link (those sales do not count); bid on the BAAK name or misspellings in search ads; spam; post fake reviews; use coupon or deal sites unless we agree in writing; claim BAAK predicts the future or guarantees results; target anyone under 13; or create misleading content.

6. Disclosure

You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship. In a post or video, include the disclosure in the content itself and in the caption. For videos, say it out loud too. Examples: "#ad" or "affiliate link". Follow the US FTC Endorsement Guides and any local rules that apply to you.

7. Eligibility and taxes

You must be 18 or older. You are responsible for your own taxes. US affiliates may be asked for a W-9, and affiliates outside the US for a W-8BEN, before we can pay you.

8. Changes and termination

BAAK may approve or decline applications. We may change these terms or the commission rate with 30 days' notice by email. We may end your participation if you break these terms. Commission already earned on valid sales before ending will be paid unless your account was ended for fraud.

You can see your clicks and sales on a private stats page sent by email. Contact us by replying to the affiliate email.
